Bad experience with Phil Parker Ltd in UK?

Post by sidenius »

Has anybody had bad experience with the UK based company Phil Parker Ltd?
I'm in the middle of the most ridiculous online buying experience I have had for many years.
Ordered a Laskey mouthpiece in their webstore the 20. of July.
I got an order confirmation mail and the money was withdrawn from my mastercard a few days later and since the totally silence and no mouthpiece.
They have have sent me zero order updates.
I've sent 3 mails and a message through their Facebook profile but have received no replies from the company at all.
I'm really pissed off now and I've googled around to see if I could find any customers reviews, but all I could find was 4,8 stars (out of 5) on their Facebook site

I am sorry to hear that about the Laskey 30h. It's a great mouthpiece. If you want to buy one that is in stock call Andrew at Baltimore Brass. I just bought two laskey 30H mouthpieces about 2 weeks ago. One in euro shank and the other in American shank. At the time he told me there were a couple more left. It's the most comfortable mouthpiece I have ever played.
