When I think of towns named Como, I think of Italy. There is a town in Texas named Como, I think east of Dallas. The picture looks a little like it might be in Texas; but I'm not sure about the "cowboy" hats. They may not be legit.

That photo is from Como, Colorado. Probably from their Railroad Days festival they do. Don't know the band or the players.
