Very cool. I just got a Mirafone 186 recording bell BBb a few months ago. It is a lot of fun to play. Sometimes I miss the upright bell 186 I had a few years ago. But then I just play some more. I really recommend the Hercules stand : http://herculesstands.com/international ... low-brass/ where I use it at home. It is very solid and somewhat portable.

Is it a removable bell? We got one here at school a few years back on the cheap that came with both bells. Kinda cool horn.

Yes it is. It has an 18" bell. I do not have the upright bell.

Wayne, that tuba clearly ended up in the right place. Congrats, 2B!
