I thought Alan Baer (and the rest of the brass and orchestra) sounded great last night. Mahler 5 is always a dramatic work; last night was no exception!
Anyone else catch the live webcast?

I missed the beginning, but I came in a little before the Scherzo. What an excellent performance. I loved being able to see down the bell of AB's horn. Great camera work!
