Greetings to all!
- I recently started off the school year, and my "big project" for the year/semester, is John Stevens' "Journey." However, I can't seem to find any commercial or YouTube recordings. I just wanted to see if anyone knew of any? Was planning on asking my teacher in person, but was referred here.
Thank you in advance!

Re: John Stevens, "Journey"
Someone was asking about that earlier this year, I believe, and the consensus was that there were none (and I, in fact, still can't find any). I would reach out to the composer (if you can't find anyone to help with that or find contact information, try his publisher) and see if he has a premier recording or something like that.

Wrong! There is a great recording of Gene doing it. Live, I believe. It's with orchestra, not piano so you might prefer that or be upset. But a recording nonetheless!

Well, there you go. I couldn't come up with that in a google search, but apparently it exists.

I remember the first time I Googled it years back I couldn't find it. And then my teacher was like "Google Gene Pokorny Journey" and it's the first one.

There aren't any "official" released recordings on CDs or albums as far as I know. There are, however, some Bootlegs floating around. Here's one such bootleg: Gene playing the first movement w/ orchestra at ITEC 2008
