Yamaha 102 lead pipe

Hi everybody. Does anybody out there have a lead pipe that would work for a Yamaha 102 3/4 BBb tuba? I'm trying to get one repaired, but we are getting stuck because nobody nearby can replace this. Lead pipe is currently pretty jacked up and has been patched (rather poorly) through the years. Thank you!
