R &S mutes and mouthpieces. Want them back?

Post by Roger Lewis »

I'm looking at resurrecting this brand and was wondering if there is any interest from the tuba/euphonium community in bringing them back for everyone. It will take a little time but I think they were very good products. Let me know.

When Musician's Friend took over WWBW the declared that "we sell instruments and accessories, we aren't in manufacturing."

I would be interested in the mouthpiece(s), and was sad that they were discontinued several years ago. At the right price point, I would have my students buy them. However, I was underwhelmed by the mute, and would not be interested in recommending them to students.
