Hi all,
I'm about to purchase an Eastman 632 CC Tuba, but I was worried, because I am not sure if it plays "big" enough for a high school orchestra, and, in a two years, a college level orchestra or for college auditions. Can anyone tell me how "big" it can play? Sorry, as a high schooler that's typing in the morning, I can't really think of the proper adjective right now

Re: Question about Eastman 632 CC Tuba
I found the bottom end of the Eastman to be lacking.
If you are in high school, you should consider consulting a nearby professional tuba player BEFORE you buy. You might be buying because of price, maybe, and if the horn doesn't do what you need in the future, your good price isn't well spent.
You don't know these things yet, ask someone who does and you probably won't find them on the forum here.
