Alright, I’ve got a ton of recordings that aren’t copyrighted. They’re stored in my iTunes library and I’d like to be able to share them. Also...I’m completely compu-tarded...at least for the sake of this post. Anyone that has actual useful knowledge/member-berries that can walk me through the process...step by agonizing step...please pm me and throw me a rope...you’ll get a front row seat to the recordings...

http://www.dropbox.com allows you to share files with anyone. Sign up for a free account, then install the app on your computer. Copy (don't move) the files you want to share from the itunes folder to a folder in dropbox. Then use the dropbox app to create a link that lets anyone see those files. It is explained here:

You can find the location of your itunes files by clicking edit - preferences - advanced. The app will show you the location. It's not that hard. Even some trumpet players can do it.

Bandcamp is cool too.

Soundcloud is a good site, just google it and you will have an easy time of it.

Soundcloud seems ideal for this.

Thanks for all the help guys! I think I’ve gotten it figured out now. Next thing is to buy a new iMac...ouch...but a terabyte of Dropbox storage helps!
