Seems I'm having issues displaying photobucket images!
It says I have to update my account.
I presume that's on the Photobucket side?

Yep, PB is trying hold users hostage by forcing them to pay. I believe most forum members have opted to use another hosting service. I did. I'm using Imgur.

Re: Photobucket
I am pleased to inform you that I detested Photobucket long before they pulled free access.
Next ... while we're here, a standard rant for me and I'm not the only one - when posting, emailing or otherwise presenting photos for use on common video displays - laptops, monitors, phones etc - please take a minute to resize them from the maximum size produced by your camera. Most of the photos you see online are less than 1000 pixels along the largest dimension, which is smaller by at least a factor of 4 than the images likely produced by your camera. Once in a while there are good reasons to need a more detailed image, but it's rare.

Re: Photobucket
I just posted a Photobucket image here 4 days ago, with no real prob. I am not a mega-stasher there, I only have about 30 pix put up there in the last dozen years.

Re: Photobucket
imgur is way better. NO ADS, doesn't shrink your photos, convenient links in good selection of image sizes.

Re: Photobucket
I often use facebook.
So far they still allow "hotlinking"
Even a private pictures will show.

Do they have links you can add so the photo shows in your post?TheGoyWonder wrote:imgur is way better. NO ADS, doesn't shrink your photos, convenient links in good selection of image sizes.
