Sousaphone MPs: So, who really does use a PT82

It is interesing that this mouthpiece came up for discussion. The Initial posting Dates back to 2008 so we have some experience voiced, also use by various Players on different instruments. This model was re-engineered at the time it was moved from hand-operated to our CNC machine. The 82 is a German-style mouthpiece with an apple-shaped Cup worked out with a Cup Diameter, larger, and a rim design, narrower, that traditional German mouthpieces. This mouthpiece is intended for large tubas and if it did not work on the Miraphone 186 that would make sense. The PT now RT-88 works very well on both the 186 and 188.
One of the Tube Net members mentioned the Sousaphone. It may be advisable to initiate a new thread dealing with mouthpieces for Sousaphone. Bottom line is that I would truly appreciate Guidelines and would work out mouthpieces specific to the Instrument. We do not have too many Sousaphone Players here in Germany, most of the instruments are vintage Conn and an occasional King.
Sorry for the capitalized nouns: our Computer System was revised over the Weekend; the language-related Details will be set up as soon as possible.
Let's get moving on Sousaphone mouthpieces!
