1 - dream on

2 - Andy Rodgers, likely - great player, and a nice guy, too

So, are you saying that the Rockettes have it easy?

Good looking, talented people ALWAYS have it easier than the rest of us.

The Rockettes make about $1,500 a week and don't even work the entire year. In NYC that is a poverty level wage.

1. Not quite poverty, but close! It is a huge challenge to be able to live in Manhattan and rent for under 2K, living by yourself.

2. The band is still live: Took my daughter and son there last year. It is a riot to see the pit retract. A friend of mine who just subbed there mentioned it was crazy to have the lateral motion as the pit went under the stage.

Yes, as mentioned before, it is Andy Rodgers a great guy and excellent tuba player. He has a large collection of Yorks in all keys and uses them in the show.
