Dixieland Christmas

Post by Bill Troiano »

Last night after a brass quintet gig and while we sat in one of our cars having a beer (not driving), one of the tpt. players put on this cd, Dixieland Christmas. I thought it would be corny, but I was surprised. It's really good stuff - Christmas tunes played by studio guys out of Nashville. There's good tuba playing on it, with some fine solos too. Does anybody have any other info about this recording? Personnel? Thanks!
