OMG, Walter entered the Air Force band as a flute player. I am more impressed than when I heard that John Fletcher had won the third horn audition at the LSO. Flute! The talent those guys had.

I remember those color pictures - on postcard-size card stock - of those Amati/Cerveny tubas.
