Cerveny Concordia Thoughts opinions?

Anyone have any experience with this model? Just curious as it seems to *look* like a well made well designed F tuba and I know that Cerveny is quite capable of producing good tubas despite what their reputation may imply to some people, it reminds me of an old Knopf F tuba that some of you probably saw that I unfortunately (kick myself to this day) had to sell because of serious money issues.
