Another nice feature of this mute is that there are some foam blocks that go on the bulb to keep it from scratching the bell of the horn. Another reason for the different sound of this mute it that there are zero parallel surfaces on this mute.

Is there a chart already for what mutes are acceptable choices for what horns? Lee Stofer has a nice one for Schlipf, and I wonder if there could be a collaboration to build a page here.
