"Romantic" pieces for tuba

Guys! I need Your help!


In march i will play concert with piano in my city on big concert hall and i want to dedicate one of piece for my girlfriend( which is also musican - viola :cry: ) and i dont know what i can play.

It cant be some part from the concet like for example Willams - Romanza, it have to be separate piece.

I was thinking about B.York - Through the Tunnel, there is in(is i good remebre) from 94th bar romantic music which i loved to play but im want to find something new

Try "the effervescent ballroom" by Frank Gulino! Really beautiful

Consider "Just a Thought" by James Grant. Not too hard, simple theme and the music gives the right sentiment.

You may get the piano score for free from IMSLP and my edition of the solo part for free from here:

The bass tuba version is in the folder for versions 2 octaves down. It is more realistic than the contrabass tuba version. which is in the folder for versions 3 octaves down. Anyway there are versions for all low brasses in all orchestral and brass band notations.
