RIP Rex Sagle
Rex Sagle passed away this morning in Houston following complications of a stroke he suffered during heart surgery in November. The last time I played with him was at The National Community Band in Indianapolis in July 2017.

So sorry to hear that Rex passed away. He was a great guy and fine player. Got to know him though his many visits to see Harvey Phillips.

Re: RIP Rex Sagle
I will miss his phone calls.... sometimes late at night.... wanting to discuss things that we should be doing to promote the tuba, band, and music education. R.I.P. Rex..... my good friend.
