Ok, just want to clarify some stuff

so, imagine your regular staff, et.cetra

BBb mode turned on

the Bb in the staff is a Bb right?

Ok, so does the Bb on a CC tuba stay in the same place or does it move to another place than the 2nd bar line?

I know the note itself changes, just want to know if it moves anywhere in the staff lines.

Thanks!

Blow in one end, sound comes out other end. Change tones by mashing buttons.

I will also add that I have a later edition of Arban’s that is very centered on “C”. I don’t know the version history of the book but I do know mine was edited with an emphasis on CC tuba.

And before this thread heads that way: No, you do not need a CC tuba.
