I am looking for a decent used eb small shank mp that would work well with a 1926 Conn 2J eb. Currently using a 28mm coast. Also vintage/antique style as to bowl and rim and possibly 30 mm.

If you have a large bass trombone mouthpiece like the Schilke 60 or the Yamaha Yeo Signature, you might find that one useful.

It's tough to get a big tuba ffff out of a little tuba with any mouthpiece, but I bet the Denis Wick 5 is going to come as close as anything to functional parameters you're talking about. 30mm rim, fairly deep for its width and not too bowl shaped. No vintage/antique style, though - it's "classic" (or you can choose the oddly can-shaped "heritage style.) It's what I play on my little Italian Eb.

I have a tiny FIllmore Bros. Eb tuba from about 1905. I've had experience using small-shank Wick 3, 4, and 5 mouthpieces on my Fillmore, and I settled on the Wick 3 simply for darkness of tone. The 4 is a bit brighter, and the 5 was considerably so. They all three work, and it's just a matter of how your lip responds to them and the tone you want.

For the last year I've been using the Wick 3CC and 2CC (deep funnel Helleberg-style cups). They work best on my Conn Monster Eb, which has a standard American receiver. This Monster Eb responds best to funnel cups rather than bowled cups. Unfortunately, they don't make them with small shanks.

I've gotta get a Blokepiece some day. I've never head a negative word about them.

I have an original Conn "S" tuba mouthpiece, small shank. It's small. But definitely bigger than a bass trombone. The shank is also very short by modern standards.
I have an 1890s Conn Eb.
Mostly I use a Wick 5.

There used to be a Chinese company that sold cheap small shank Wick clones on ebay for about $30. Not sure what happened to them. I bought one and gave it to a friend who had a student model 1950s Conn Eb with the small receiver.
