I would like to ask anyone who OWNS one of these or other labels, if they have used it in quintet or is it a bit big for that? I have a chance to buy one and I love the timbre of these tubas.

I’m an owner but have not used it in a quintet.
But I’d like to see someone try and stop me!!

I owned a similar horn for a short time. You'd need some reasonable control to keep it reigned in, but it should be a fine quintet tuba.

I've had a 210 for a year and played it in a quintet a couple of times. They told me I did a nice job and the horn blended nicely. I have to say that this beast is quite responsive for what you ask it to do so I think playing lightly can be done. One thing I have noticed is that different mouthpieces seem to have a big effect on it.
