Close to Arkansas? Eb & F tubas? Good selection? Yikes.
Sounds like Brasswind, in South Bend, Indiana, is your best bet. Probably 600-800 miles, but I don't know of anywhere else in that radius that would even come close to a "good selection" of Eb & F tubas.
