Found one exactly like the one in the link. Belltone 216. Bb tuba
Valve casings are nickel silver and valves have been nickel plated. Is it a b&s or amiti stencil or Chinese (older Chinese, repairman thinks 90's). Workmanship is very good (well aligned nickel silver slides, braces nicely placed, etc)

Re: Identifying a tuba
That would be a B & S stencil from the picture, then in the 90's the Chinese started making the Saunders branded ones using one of the old B&S stencil names, but others were made under other names as well. If yours is from the 90's that might be what you have. Would need to see some pictures to confirm. The ones from the 90's were imported by Custom Music I believe and have held up pretty well from the ones I have seen.

Thanks! Mail sent. Btw 90-ies is pure speculation, no idea what vintage it is...
One detail on workmanship. The fourth valve tubing has been made from sheet metal. You can see the seam in the brass.

Just got it back from Gerd Kempkes (Germany). He cleaned it and made the rotors quiet again (they were very noisy/ he swedged them). Plays really well. Bb above tuning slots very easy, easy to play high and low. Happy with it
