Red Lehr road accident

Hello Troops,
I just found out that my pal, Red Lehr, Dixieland Sousaphonist extraordinaire, was involved in a serious traffic accident late last week on a country road near his home. He broke his pelvis, cracked 3 ribs and had some internal bleeding. While he was just moved to a rehab unit today, if any of you have been moved by his music and were waiting for a good excuse to tell him that, this is your moment to send a "get well" greeting as well!

Hi Gene - I just saw this.
How is Red doing ?
He's about my mom's age, so I can't imagine the bounce back will be easy.
Met him in Olympia, Wa a couple of years ago - super nice guy.
Have about a dozen or so of his CDs.
