The Remington warm up studies for trombone are a great asset for anyone looking for a simple, effective warmup to do every day. I have been using these for some time now, and would reccomend them to anyone. Of course you have to take them down an octave, but they work just fine. The comments contained in between the excercises about breathing and tounging are very useful as well. If you want more information about this great tool, just let me know, and I will tell you :)

I'll second that also on the Remington. Focus on relaxation is a good thing. The Fink studies are kind of offshoot from that and are a good warmup.

I use the Remington book as well as the Schlossberg. Great stuff right there.
