Gig bag for Wessex Wyvern

Post by michael_glenn »

Hi all,
I have a friend that is getting a Wyvern soon, and is going to need a gig bag. He likes the Miraphone style gig bags, but his current one isn’t going to fit his new horn. I was guessing that the bag for the 1293 might fit, but I could be wrong. If you have either horn, could you post the height? The dimensions online only give the height to the lead pipe and the bell.

Alternatively, if you have any other ideas for bags that aren’t going to break the bank, suggestions are more than welcome. He already had a Wessex gig bag for another horn and he was not a fan.

Thank you!
