Tim Buzbee TEW 2017 - need Your help :)

Hello guys!
I just saw video on YT from TEW 2017 where Tim is playing recital.
Can You help me indentifie the tittle of first piece for tuba solo? It's sounds funny to play and not easy to practice

I know that piece which he's playing with piano is Romeo&Juliet and I have notes for this(thanks for answer BTW.) But I'm asking about his first piece when he is playing without piano
