some of these tubas are ridiculously inexpensive
This tuba looks like a large 4/4 or 5/4 BBb

Not sure about the horns, but my single purchase from Thomann was a Sire bass, and with shipping and a gig bag (which was included from the US distributor), I still saved $100 or more by going that route instead of the US distributor.
The gig bag alone was insanely cheap, and would have cost at least $100 more at a domestic music store.
Thomann really is a great company.

This is a small tuba. The bell is under 16''. The weight is 9 kg. 802mm tall is under 32 inches.
For a good comparison, look at the size of the finger paddles and valves compared to the rest of the horn. Then look at pictures of a 5/4 or 6/4 horn like the 2 bigger Hagens or the Siegfried and the relative size of the valves and paddles. This horn might push the small end of 4/4, but I doubt it. 5/4? No way.
That's not saying that I wouldn't mind having one myself. As I'm getting older, shorter in the torso, and weaker, a small Bb like this would be useful IF the sound and intonation are still good, and if it doesn't have valve issues.

I believe some of their more expensive “Thomann” branded / stencilled tubas are/ were made in Germany.
