That photo is the tuba/Sousaphone section of the Sousa Band, probably late 1920s vintage.
The lady is Winifred Bambrick, harpist with the Sousa Band, and the man on the far right is Jack Richardson, long-time member of the Sousa Band.
I'll do some research on the other 4 players.....(I suspect the guy with the "bell-front" Sousaphone is a "sub"...)
