Looking for Accompaniment part

I have a copy of a piece titled Fantasia for Tuba written by Soichi Konagaya written for the Tokyo Metropolitan Symphony Orchestra. It has the date 9 September 1979 on it and in addition says for Mr.Yasumoto. I have no been able to find anything about this piece and was curious if anyone had more information or the accompanying part for this piece.
