Nice. Working on a 22K hybrid myself (brass bell/fiber body). I like the punch that the brass bell gives it. Sounds exactly like it's brass twin and even has the after ring like it's twin also. Except way lighter (although slightly more top heavy but it's ok), which is perfect for my often 4-5 hour gigs standing up.
I have the original fiber bell in case I ever feel like playing a stock, all fiber horn or in case I need to return it back to stock and sell to a school or something.

Cool horn! Maybe you could give the back of the bell the same custom paint job to match the horn and buff/clear lacquer the front. Might take away some of the after ring but still project just the same.
