Any possible photos of Jacob’s Eflat? I remember seeing it in person way back when. It had a 5th V piston. I’m just trying to get an idea of how that was done....

Found one! I also found that when you type in Wes Jacobs tuba, you get more pics of Karen Carpenter than Wes Jacobs...

Interesting. Yamaha made these tubas a few years back[yeb-381] but they always had a plug in valve that was rotary in nature. Although i never owned one of these tubas i did play one for a considerable time and found it to be a great tuba for any small ensemble work.
