Bloke, at 3:39, it sounds “borrowed from” or “in the style of” a Richard Strauss fanfare, such as that for the Vienna Philharmonic. It’s even in the same key—Eb Major.
At 4:58, it sounds like he’s “borrowing” from a Tchaikovsky Polonaise such as the one from “Eugene Onegin.”
