I know Martin Wilk has a guy that does valve plating that isn't Anderson.Mark Finley wrote:anyone else that does this work?
Ditto....Mark Finley wrote:To our loyal and valued piston fitting customers, we regret to inform you we are closing out piston fitting department. Our 30 year technician is retiring and at this time we do not have a replacement that can maintain our quality standards.
Any last minute piston fitting jobs should be shipped quickly, they must arrive in our shop before Friday August 31, 2018. Late arriving shipments will be returned to the customer at their expense.
well... that sucks
At work, we use Hegman grind blocks to test the "cleanliness" of coatings. In the past, these blocks would occasionally have to be sent out to be trued. We called the company on the block and they said "we don't provide that service anymore....it's now actually cheaper to buy a new block".hrender wrote:If Anderson isn't going to do this anymore, then it's a great business opportunity for someone else. Otherwise, a lot of old horns are going to be scrapped or have their valvesets replaced with cloned valvesets.Ken Crawford wrote:I know Martin Wilk has a guy that does valve plating that isn't Anderson.Mark Finley wrote:anyone else that does this work?
