Regal Euphonium Model??

Does any of the older, wiser more experienced players, technicians have any experience with
a stencil instrument known as the "Regal". Possibly built by the New York Instrument Co.
A unique feature on this Euph, is it has valve guides similar to the 20K & 20J's. Please view
the attached photos. Any info would help, Serial Number 110xxx.
