Not trying to be contentious, but the Lee Highway runs from New York to San Fran.

First lap of the Lee Highway apparently is US 1 from New York City to Washington DC.

Thanks for the phone comparison link. The 2 year plan for my current phone expires Friday so I'll probably need to get a new phone Saturday. Nothin like a bit of planned obsolescence to keep the economy tickin.

Fresh anchovies? I didn't know anyplace around here had them. Pretty common in Spain and France but practically unknown here.

Yes, they're great. And Arlington is a lot closer than Spain. Although I'd rather eat them in Spain or France.

I eat the escargot at Normandie Farm restaurant in Potomac Md. If you put enough olive oil and garlic on just about anything, I can choke it down!!
