Tuba mute stand????

Hi,
Has anyone come up with a better way of dealing with a tuba mute than just laying on towel (or whatever) on the floor? Is there any such thing as a tuba mute stand or has anyone concocted one? I was thinking maybe a trombone or trumpet stand with perhaps some modifications so the mute could stand up on its small end and be raised up just a bit from the floor. I tried using one of those resting tuba stands similar to the K & M laying the mute in sort of diagonally but it doesn't work to well for quick changes. Any ideas out there?
