I second everything that was said. I had them reshank and replate a couple of mouthpieces for me, and the results were amazing...absolute first class work.

Interesting you ran into the price issues you did...I've never paid more than the rates posted on their website for anything. Perhaps your mouthpiece needed lots of prep work to be able to be plated and that's where your costs went up.
I've had great experiences with them.
