Telemann “Andante and allegro” questions

Hi everyone,
This piece is one of the local High school district band audition pieces this year... first time I’ve seen it. Does anyone know which Telemann concerto or suite this is taken from? Original instrumentation? I looked through scores on IMSLP for probably two hours yesterday trying to figure this out, and I could not find these particular movements. He wrote a ton of concertos/suites for violin, recorder and flute. I am trying to find the originals because I question the tempo markings in the transcription... The general feel of the andante is actually quite a bit faster than the allegro movement with the marked tempi... curious if there’s a mistake. Thanks so much! Jobey

This is a transcription of the first and fourth movements from Concerto in D for Trumpet, Strings & Continuo (TWV 51:D7).

There is a very nice recording of the complete thing on youtube played by Maurice André:

Hey Finnbogi....I just got around to listening to the recording you sent, and neither movement matches any movements in the trumpet recording. Does anyone know which Telemann concerto or suite matches the tuba transcription??
