Not really an answer to your question but...Virtually all of the scores for Johann Strauss II's works were deliberately destroyed (burned) by Eduard Strauss, the last surviving brother, to prevent the music, as the story goes, from being stolen and/or claimed by competitors. Any of the orchestral versions available today would therefore have had to be reconstructed from surviving parts and could be considered derivatives and therefore copyrighted so not likely to be on IMSLP.
