Foam shrinkage issue

Hello,

It has come to my attention that the foam in my MW flight case has shrunk over time. It's now reached the point that I can stick a couple of fingers in the space between the foam and the aluminum shell of the case. I'm sure this is a bit of a problem, but I'm not sure how to fix it.
