I got a new tuba built by Martin Wilk about a month ago -- a combination of a vintage 6/4 Martin and Buescher. I was tired of the low quality videos of my cellphone and after some debate, I asked for a new USB/XLR adapter from Shure for Christmas. I was just barely good enough to get it, but Santa came through. Here's my first attempt at recording something with it. I'm using a Beyerdynamic M88 directly into a MacBook.

Sounds great!
Congrats on the new horn and new audio interface.
M88s are great mics.
