Need help finding publisher of a piece.

Hey folks, I’m trying to help a friend out that needs the publisher’s info for a particular Blazevich piece. It’s a rather obscure, short piece for solo tuba and piano called simply “Solo Etude”. We’ve been searching the interwebz with no success so far. Anyone that may know the piece I’m talking about, please PM me with any info or insight. It’s not published here in the US and get no mention in his catalogue published by Robert King.
