Old Eb tuba, any ideas what brand?

Somebody brought a possibly 100ish year old Eb tuba into the repair shop today. The bell read “Genuine Aug. Heinem,
Austria
Superior Quality
(JW or GW)? Jenkins Sons Music
Sole Agents
Kansas City, MO”
Will be cleaning the horn up, but does anybody have any ideas who made this?

The name "Heinem" is not listed at all in the New Langwill Index, which is a very complete listing of manufacturers and dealers in the US and Europe from the 1800's to relatively recent times.
The listing for J.W.Jenkins (Kansas City) says in the 20's and 30's "JW Jenkins Sons imported from Graslitz large numbers of WWI's [woodwind instruments] (by V.Kohlert's) and BI [brass instruments] (by Bohland & Fuchs) which were sold under the trade name Harwood.
I would suspect Heinem is a made-up name just like Chinese instrument companies (and US dealers) do now. I've never seen "Harwood." Maybe that was the woodwinds.

Horn-u-Copia listing for J.W. Jenkins includes brass instruments:
August Heinem (1890s to early 1900s, Austrian),
Harwood (early 1900s to1930s, Austrian, some B&F)
J.W. dies in 1890, so the company becomes JW Jenkins’ Sons Music Co.
A 1903 catalog shows them selling Heinem brass
