So this dude knocks this stuff out on Yutube for free and you wonder why you can’t find a full time paying gig??

My guess is that when he's doing that stuff, he isn't taking gigs from anyone. Not meaning to be critical, it's impressive playing, just that specifically is not what anyone needs a tuba for.
