The entire Sousa library is available inclding the conductor’s score on line. There are even playable music files in case you don’t remember how all of them go!! :tuba:

I’d offer my insurance expertise but I only do personal lines, nothing institutional...

For a long time here bands have been required to have $1M of liability insurance in order to rent a space. It's in case someone trips over something and breaks their whatever, and decides to sue the venue.

I got very reasonable liability insurance for my bands through a local trombonist in Virginia who is an agent for Erie.

The performing group is responsible for any damage that THEY cause. If somebody trips over a power cord, or you trash the place, or break a glass door - I did that once on a gig, carrying an amp through a door and it slammed shut on the metal corner.
