Does anyone have any suggestions on a good insurance company that insures band instruments and sheetmusic for Community Bands?

I don't know about insuring multiple instruments for a community band, but I insured my tuba with my home owner/car insurance company, State Farm. It is insured anywhere I take it, and the cost was minimal.

Does that include when it is used in a professional setting?
Usually it doesn’t. Check the fine print.

You are correct. We actually offer both kinds, like vaulted and unvaulted jewelry.
And it doesn’t cover damage, that’s wear and tear. But it does cover theft away from the home or a total loss while traveling.
If your community band has institutional coverage (it should) for it’s officers, E&O and what have you, seek the expertise of that agent or broker.

My community band has comprehensive general liability with Cincinnati through a local company that writes business policies. We don't have each piece of music or music instruments insured individually but we have a rider on that policy for $40,000. We couldn't replace two trailers, office equipment, timpani, a 2,000 volume music library, etc but it would keep us in business if we had a monumental loss. Stated value insurance is relatively inexpensive compared to the liability coverage. Just buy what you think you need.
