Tuba teachers in DC?

Does anyone have any reccs on Teachers in DC? Particularly ones who will accept sousaphones? (yikes)
Look up Tony Halloin in the Navy Band. He's an amzing player and teacher and knows a thing or two about having to use a sousaphone.
