Do you know of any books dedicated specifically to flexibility studies? If so, do you like the book?

Mark,
Try the Bai Lin flexibility book. Originally written for trumpet, but works great on euph and on tuba. I really dig it!

Wes Jacobs (of the Detroit Symphony) has published a series of books through Encore Music Publishers (same people that do the tuba version of Arbans), and I believe that one of them is on flexibility.
The Bai Lin book, as another poster mentioned is good too.

All of the above suggestions are very good sources for flexibility studies.
Another book which I like is:
"The F and D Double Valve Bass Trombone Daily Warm-Up and Maintenance Exercises" by Paul Faulise, published by PF Music Co., P.O.Box 8625, Woodcliff Lake, New Jersey 07675 My copy was $12.
The range of these exercises is perfect for tuba.

i second the vote for the bai lin book. works extremely well for me. there's also some crazy lip flexibility stuff, along with a lot of great technique stuff in the allen vizzuti book (book 1). it's pretty insane but very effective.

I'll third the Bai Lin book, we sell quite a few and I picked up a copy myself. Very very well done and helpful.
