mouthpiece ( German?)

Looking at some of the German F players on Youtube, I see them using a mouthpiece I don't recognise. It's got some external grooves at the lower section but I'm not sure if they're cosmetic or not.
Stefan Tischler is one of those players. What's the mouthpiece? Just curious!

Modular, lots of options. I get the impression that they are somewhat popular in Germany? Have heard it takes a little time to find the best combo, and Windhager holds workshops to help give an opportunity to test things out.
There's a lengthy PDF online describing thr products... I'll post a link when i have a chance.
